Xtreme Coating Solutions is a Louisville-based, family-owned company that specializes in high end coating and cleaning solutions for tile and grout, VCT, marble, granite, terrazzo, and concrete flooring in a commercial and industrial environment.

We work with numerous businesses in the Kentucky, Southern Indiana, and Southern Ohio markets to provide restoration and repair work on hard-surface floors. Xtreme offers a wide variety of services to its clients, such as: Tile and VCT Surface Sealing, Marble - Granite - Terrazzo Honing, and Concrete Staining, Sealing, Polishing and Epoxies.

We continue to experience rapid growth and are in need of floor technicians in our Decorative Concrete and General Floor Coating & Restoring divisions.

Floor Technician

Apply if you have some of the following qualifications:
 

• Flooring experience with VCT, tile, or decorative concrete.
   

• Hard-working, enthusiastic, and a can-do attitude.
   

• Ability to work a variable schedule including some nights and weekends.
   

• Ability to occasionally travel overnight for work.
   

• Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively.
   

• Strong attention to detail within the work environment.
